Iyini ingqikithi ye-yoga?

Ingqikithi yei-yoga, njengoba kuchazwe kuyi-Bhagavad Gita kanye ne-Yoga Sutras, ibhekisela "ekuhlanganiseni" kwazo zonke izici zempilo yomuntu. I-Yoga kokubili "isimo" kanye "nenqubo."
