Umsuka nomlando we-yoga

Yoga, uhlelo lokuzijwayeza oluvela e-India yasendulo, manje selutholwe ukuthandwa emhlabeni wonke. Akuyona nje indlela yokusebenzisa umzimba kepha futhi indlela yokuthola ukuvumelana nobunye bengqondo, umzimba nomoya.
